FOXLEY VILLAGE OPEN GARDENS DAY          
Sunday 8th June 2003

To: Residents of Foxley

Thank you very much for your generous offers of support for the above event. Let’s hope we have another enjoyable and successful day.

It would help the committee if you could deliver items for the cake and tombola stalls as detailed below or, if this is difficult, please telephone and collection can be arranged:

Cakes (Refreshments & Cake Stall): Village Hall by 10am Sunday, 8th June

Tombola: Before the day to Four Winds, Old Fakenham Road, Foxley

Major Draw Tickets: Prizes - £50; £25, Turkey, High Value Vouchers etc
£1 per book.  If you are able to sell tickets prior to 8th June please contact Ruth on 688768. 

If there is any resident who has not been approached but would like to be involved in some capacity on 8th, please contact Ruth as soon as possible. The more, the merrier!!

SEEKERS CLUB -  LYNG VILLAGE HALL
Note the new venue. We can play outside when fine.

We look forward to seeing old and new children on Saturday 21st June, 10.00am – 12noon.  Ages 7 – 12 years.  Cost £1, includes tuck.

AFTER ENJOYING A DAY OUT AT FOXLEY OPEN GARDENS, 
WHY NOT COME ALONG TO -

SPARHAM DEANERY GATHERING AT SALLE CHURCH

A get-together is planned for all the villages within the Sparham Deanery on Sunday 8th June, at Salle Church.

It will commence with a service of Pentecost Praise at 4.30pm in this magnificent setting, followed at 5.30pm by a Hog Roast on the green outside the church (in the hall if wet).
Cost of the Hog Roast with a glass of wine will be £3.50.

If you want to come, or need transport, please phone me on 688268  before Tuesday 3rd June so that numbers can be estimated.
