FRIENDS OF BAWDESWELL CHURCH

100 CLUB
Saturday October 4th Coffee Morning in the Church 10.30am.  Do come along, no charge is made for coffee and treats.
We are always keen to extend our membership

CEILIDH
At the time of going to press we are all looking forward to the Ceilidh with Harvest Supper and Barn Dance on September 27th , 7.30 for 8pm.  The Norfolk Wherries have a great reputation for encouraging everyone to join in the Old Time and Country dancing, with their excellent caller and foot-tapping music.

There is a Hog Roast Harvest Supper included in the price and a bar will be available.  It should be an excellent evening’s fun for everyone.
Don’t forget to bring something to throw over your shoulders as the meal is going to be served in the marquee and there won’t be any heating, though you might be steaming from the dancing!
If you get this magazine before then and haven’t got a ticket yet, you may be lucky and still be able to secure one.  Ring 688499 or 688268 urgently.

CHRISTMAS
The next major Friends Event will be the Christmas Tree Festival weekend 13,14th December with a Christmas Concert on 14th December followed by Tea and Mulled Wine.
Trees will be provided.  We would like more sponsors and people to decorate them.
Would you like to dedicate one of the trees to a loved one?  A card will be placed in front of the tree for the duration of the Christmas period.
Please contact one of the telephone numbers above if you are interested, or leave a note at Church View.
