Speed Limit
I was pleased to see that the Parish Council is looking at a 20mph limit for the village. The Street near the butchers shop and the Bawdeswell Store has become quite dangerous with many vehicles exceeding the existing 30mph limit. However, it seems excessive to put this lower limit on Norwich Road between the A1067 and the Toll House and on Foxley Road between the A1067 and the Old Rectory. Perhaps this could be reconsidered.

Football – the Steven Williamson memorial trophy.
Third time lucky for Foulsham, this year’s 3 –1 winners of an entertaining final against Reepham Town Reserves.
All four matches were well supported as was the presentation night, and £440 was raised from the raffle and generous donations from Lyng FC, Foulsham FC and a close friend, for the Children’s fund at Jenny Lind Hospital.
I would like to thank all the small business for their support as well as the many friends who donated raffle prizes.  Many thanks to all for remembering Steven.
See you next time.
