A very enjoyable evening was had at Lenwade Country House Hotel when the members  attended the Foxley Bowls Club Annual Dinner. They enjoyed an excellent meal after which the Chairman Gordon Whitmore gave a speech about what has happened during the last year and and what events had taken place. He thanked the Committee for all they had done duing the year, the club now has 20 members and hope to soon be able to join a league.

The winners and runners up of competitions held in the club were then presented with shields, cups and medals by the captain Robert Dewing,
